Even though it's a beautiful world, I couldn't get any satisfaction last night. Guess I'll need to shape it up, get straight, go forward, move ahead, and try to detect it - it's not too late. I'm through being cool, but that's just a freedom of choice.

Kronos Quartet engaged a bevy of singers to accompany them covering Dylan's "Hard Rain" for the 80th anniversary of the first nuclear bomb tests. There are 2 versions, one more traditional and one spoken word. For me, that one makes more of an impression.

For me, I booked a trip this week on the Victoria Clipper to go run the Royal Victoria Half Marathon, which the rego was transferred to me from Bill Schwabenland, who was unable to run it. Thanks again, Bill! I have not been on the Clipper before (ferry from Seattle) or even been to Victoria, BC
