I'm going apeshit in England at 3am, so I can only imagine how insane it is over in Japan. Icon.

I always thought the Kershaw /Greinke was the best one two punch I've ever seen in blue. Well not now!

Starters now the Dawgs. Bullpen now redundant.

I hope the people talking shit about Yoshi after Philly are enjoying their pie. Not the start he was hoping for, but wow. Beautiful to watch an artist like him.

The players don't seem to mind, I suppose they like being paid!

Sanchez didn't look like he was pitching on short rest. That guy is frightening, he makes it look incredibly easy.

Cheers, man. Philly is a great city. One thing I don't understand about baseball (as a Brit) - 162 Game regular season, then best of 5 in the division series. That seems a little daft to me. Postseason baseball is infinitely better, although my heart can barely take it.

Famously Bryce Harper, JT Realmuto and Trea Turner are playing for fun only, not the 700m dollars in their contract.
October 10, 2025 at 2:06 AM
The Dodger pitching unit kept their hitters quiet all series (bar yesterday), that was ultimately the difference. A very tight series which could have gone either way.
October 10, 2025 at 2:04 AM
Yeah, the Philly starters in particular were magnificent, it took Glasnow and Snell at their best to stay with them. Philly were this year's San Diego in the sense they were built to beat the Dodgers.
October 10, 2025 at 2:01 AM
He'll be fine, just having a bad stretch, like Ohtani. That series was brutal, Philly are good.

His greatness comes from the team spirit he has developed in the clubhouse. He is a great manager of men, he knows exactly how to get the best out of people. His In game management is generally OK, but as you say, makes whoppers on occasion.

As I said, I think it's utterly pointless, but he's a good lad. Local to me these days, just shows you that we in Dorset are cool with immigrants.
October 7, 2025 at 11:18 AM
To be fair to Billy, he's been very consistent on this. I don't think it's an affective campaign, but don't doubt his sincerity.
October 7, 2025 at 10:58 AM
I'd forgotten that one, tbf. Can't disagree, an absolute stinker. I'm a huge Roberts admirer and defender, but he's induced almost PTSD symptoms on occasion. RE: Nats 2019 I was more annoyed at leaving Kersh in, than using him.
October 7, 2025 at 6:43 AM
He's fucking ashes at this point.
October 7, 2025 at 1:42 AM
They need to B.A Baracus him onto the plane. Fuck that was painful.
October 7, 2025 at 1:33 AM
I'd have accepted every single option over Treinen. I thank him for his service last year, but he needs to making the coffees from here on in. Even Tanner Scott. Even fucking Pedro Baez. Any fucking one was better than that!
October 7, 2025 at 1:30 AM
Everyone wanted Roki. Nobody wanted Treinen. I am the biggest of Dave fans, but that's the worst call he's made since Kersh against the Nats in '19.
October 7, 2025 at 1:28 AM
Loved Sheehan. Then it went to shit.
October 7, 2025 at 1:27 AM
I'll never forget that series. We need to sweep these fuckers, do not give them a single chance.
October 7, 2025 at 1:26 AM
I never want to see him in a Dodger uniform again. He can defaced his cap all he likes, as long as he fucks off forever.
October 7, 2025 at 1:25 AM
Big fan of Tyler, but yeah. He's not having game 4.
October 5, 2025 at 2:05 AM
Fuck up. I need to know why this bitch is whining about a loss, it's pathetic.
