I think there’s a happy medium between now (mostly AEW Dark adjacent) and a more focused show (Athena proves they CAN be focused when they want to be) that feels distinct. I loved AEW Dark so I’m pretty fine with it but I get that using those three letters to describe it feels hollow.

This. I tried to will myself many times into “the feeling” the last year or so - ever since that Will promo in Boston so I guess longer - but the feeling can’t be willed. It just is or it isn’t.
