I’ve been baking sourdough for a year and a half. I’ve become a big home cook over the last decade because it grounds me and gives me peace when the world seems unhinged. I’m entering a baking competition tomorrow and I am so excited for it. I hope y’all can find your sourdough and peace these days.

We too have a “Bean”. My fiancé wanted to foster a male dog because she thought it would be easier on her old chihuahua mix. The shelter dropped off Dolly. She quickly deduced that it was, in fact, not a boy but a girl, and she was shaped like a jellybean. Turns out she was pregnant with 6 puppies.
