Finally getting to read @rickhough.bsky.social’s #VeronaCampione - with the new season starting tonight and chilling in #Como there was no better time to start this book. Lads … it’s a great read!

Went to see #AlanisMorissette last night in #Lucca for the #LSF … I saw her back in October 1999 in Melbourne.
It was absolutely amazing! I think even better than all those years ago!

To be fair 2024 wasn’t a bad year for #SSLazio - well on paper.
#Sarri leaving was sad then we had #Tudor - a miserable few months under him!
Then came Mister #Baroni - I had very little expectations but have been really pleased and surprised.
Let’s see what 2025 has to offer!

Mixed feeling after that - we had a great couple of opportunities to win but also Atalanta dominated the second half.
I’d have been pleased with a point before the game - and if I’m honest to myself I am happy with a point.
Next week the #derbydellacapitale … let’s start a week of not sleeping!

Took this while walking to staff Christmas meal - I never get bored of this view (especially at Christmas). I suspect tonight won’t be as liquid or alcohol driven as my Xmas parties in Ireland but I expect the food will be better!

It’s a bit early (even for me) for a cocktail (well unless it’s a Bloody Mary) but I love the variety on this aperitivo list!

Mad to think it’s four years since #Diego passed away - anyone who loves football should really head to #Naples to check out all the incredible Diego (and other) #streetart. It really is a special place - well worth a visit! #RIP

Having a chilled morning after fantastic #FiorentinaSteak last night … Osteria #Nandone is a great restaurant between Florence and Bologna in Scarperia. Incredible meat and a lovely experience plus great value but not suited for vegetarians (no veggie option).

Just finished a short trip to the UK … been great seeing the family. First time back since 2022 - need to make more regular trips.
