I honestly can't believe that our government can consider a nation led by these people an ally. This was utterly shocking treatment for a man who's led his people through three years of hell, on the front line between the west and our 2nd Cold War adversaries.

I'm a little confused as to why folks in the US think delaying their Amazon/Target/whatever purchases by 24h will have any impact? Just stop buying from big corporations and shop locally where possible ALL THE TIME if you want to actually make an impact. 24h though? Who cares?

Wish more people could grasp this. Privacy is binary - you have it, or you don't. The solution here is to target the accused individual by making obstruction of an investigation by failure to cooperate with court-ordered instructions a criminal offence. Maybe call it something like 'contempt'?

Meh. Copilot's been able to do that in Teams for about a year now. The issue isn't with the tech, it's with a) actually doing the actions, and b) keeping the meeting focused and on-topic enough to agree any in the first place. But let's circle back to this point next week?

So many people have this all backwards. The concern here isn't that Erbai 'convinced' the other robots, it's that the other robots COULD be 'convinced' at all. Whatever went on here, the failure was in the machines that deviated from their expected behaviours, not the one that succeeded in its task.

So much hysteria over this. Its an advert. Adverts aren't art, they're literally the epitome of commercialist capitalism - money is all its about. How is it at all surprising that it is designed as cheaply as possible to the lowest common denominator?
