A section of Wikipedia entry for Strom Thurmond in answer to the question "What was the longest filibuster in history?" Edgefield, South Carolina, U.S. A staunch opponent of civil rights legislation in the 1950s and 1960s, Thurmond completed the longest filibuster at 24 hours and 18 minutes in length in opposition to the Civil Rights Act of 1957. It was the longest Senate speech until Cory Booker's marathon speech in 2025.

Email from US Department of Education with the subject ED Press Release. In the body there is text: U.S Department of Education Launches "End DEI" Portal followed by an explanation and then a form which is headed Schools Should be Focused on Learning and and for Your Email, School or school district, Zip Code, and then Please describe in as much detail as possible the discriminatory practice taking place. The form continues into the next picture. The second photo starts where the last stopped, showing a large block of empty space for the description of discriminatory practice. There is an option to Upload File. There is then a captcha followed by a Submit button. Below the form there are two additional paragraphs of text talking about The Office of Communications and Outreach in the first then Contributors: OCO Editorial Team and disclaimer which states in part "Inclusion dues not constitute an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Education of any entity or organization or the products or services offered, or views expressed."

Funny how after blocking these two bot army accounts, I am now listed by them as both SPAM and BOT. LoL Great example of why vetting the veracity of block lists is so important, though.
