@elgato.com You replaced my Facecam and suggested I 'keep' the new webcam even though it had dead pixels. I still feel cheated on a product that should have been aces nothing wrong with it. Yes, my contact at Elgato suggested I keep the inferior webcam in case I might get a worse one. Disappointed.
