View from the front line (two London asylum-seeker drop-ins this week) is that more decisions are coming through but communication is erratic & homelessness almost inevitable for single people especially men. And the new e-visas mean no cards = no bank accounts as the banks are unaware & reject.

I haven’t found that at all - but just had a record-breaking - for me - post there seen by 350k people. Only about four have seen it here. Wasn’t significant, as about Edwardian tiles, but response so very different.

Our #FlamingAmber tree brings so much joy at this time of year. Planted by Ealing Council (not here yet!) over a decade ago and nurtured by us the first few years. Now repaying the love and watering.

We lived with these tiles mostly covered up for 35 years. Then we got them uncovered, repaired & waxed. Aren’t they gorgeous? Also how would you decorate the walls to make it all look beautiful?
