The I think original legal claim on this issue was sitting on the desk of the Human Rights Review Tribunal TWENTY (20) YEARS AGO when I was around at HRC - which they eventually won, and the govt legislated over the top of it. Damn, this victory took an undeniable grindset mentality.

My tūpuna who left Eiré at the height of the great hunger weren't unwitting participants. To say that is dishonest - mine came out on the Sir Robert Sale to take up a position as a Fencible guarding Tamaki Makarau from "the natives". They were promised housing, land and a job. They made choices.
