So many children who love science are unable to participate. So we created the #SensationalSciFest an opportunity for "exploration without limitations".
On Saturday April 5th we're hosting a sensory-friendly event for neurodiverse kids to experience science on their terms:

We love this event idea and the participation with #CienciaPR. In a similar vein we have held a Science Fail Fest as part of our @tasteofscience.org programs, to highlight that failure is not just a natural, but inevitable and necessary part of science.

Having good vetted sources of information is vital right now.

This is something we'll be sharing with our community.
Each week, we are collecting, reading, vetting & tagging all the links, news & rumors you’re seeing whiz past you online. We are also talking to dozens of researchers & PIs about their firsthand experiences.

Every Friday, I debrief you over a drink at

@scientistsinc.bsky.social has done this for 10+ yrs now through our in-person events for grown ups @tasteofscience.bsky.social, our @2scientists.bsky.social podcast and most recently our #SensationalSciFest for kids with sensory sensitivities. Each connecting people with science in unique ways.
In the era of Trump 2.0, we're calling on all scientists+ to unpack science for the public. This is much bigger than anyone of us. But if we all do one thing, imagine the cumulative impact!

It need not be a burden. More here, in @thetransmitter.bsky.social.
