Just finished repairing my LMB brass Mohawk! This is my first time running a brass locomotive, and I really think it's worth it. The texture, roughness, and luster of the material makes the model feel so much more accurate. That's why I'm running it with authentic wooden box cars.

Many existing plants are very old (and not up to modern safety standards). Some are being restarted or are having their licenses extended, but new construction will also be necessary to achieve this. Especially in the Western U.S where there aren't many reactors.

I hope you're right. Cheap solar is better for everyone. But, per the report, there are other areas where the percent of solar for $100/KWh is significantly less than 96%. Wind would help with that, but I still think that there are cases where hydro, geothermal, or nuclear are a necessary backstop.

This unassuming little watch was hiding in plain sight in my roommate's box of trinkets. Unfortunately it's painted with radium, and had begun to flake off pieces of its radioactive paint. I only realized this When I checked it with my Geiger counter.
