Not further north, but poland tends to have more extreme weather conditions all year round, so the darkness feels rougher even if it’s technically comparable. Spent most of my adult life in the uk and 3 years of winter back in my home country hit me like a truck in comparison;;

I’m no stranger to harsh winters and long nights (if anything, they feel marginally easier to hadle in the uk now that I’m back), but chemical imbalance would make a lot of sense 🥺

With the amount of time I spend trying to draw each day you’d think I’d have so many new things to show by now, but I find it so difficult to commit to any ideas
