Interesting idea, but out of the analytes displayed bellow I see only two detected, and maybe one at the limit of quantitation. For biomarker work I like to really on quantitative methods.

Ok team #proteomics, I have been wondering this for a while. Is there a similar comparison with MS-based plasma proteomics (SEER?) out there? I am sure we can do better than this.
