Not sure how you generated that graph. Using your data source Uk has risen from 3.8 to 4.8 in last twelve months (26%). Germany from 2.2 to 2.5 (13%). France btw is about as bad as uk. However being just as bad as everyone else is not really the point

The reasons for this are not just failure to tax the rich. Demographics, lower levels of immigration, fewer people outside workforce etc are factors in all the Nordic’s.
Problem requires some significant policy change (not just money) so it’s non trivial.
