I have not so far been greatly impressed by Starmer as PM but his speech yesterday was statesmanly, on point and hit the nail on the head. One of his best performances I've yet seen - I wish we could see more of that moving forward.
Sir Keir Starmer was singled out for praise in the 2022 report.
