I’m not having a very good time with my thoughts. Also gotten to a point where I feel like I’m asking too much of my friends and family, which I logically know isn’t the case but I can’t find a way out of this despair. I thought I knew self loathing before.

I’ve gotten to the end of my work week. I’d say I concentrated for about 12 minutes total across four days. Tomorrow I get to see my Nana, which will be the high point in what has been a very tough few days, in a sub optimal year.

I’ve recently started an apprenticeship at work and had a first meeting with my mentor today. He kept calling me sweetheart, and usually that would irritate the life out of me but I’m so bloody fragile at the moment it was weirdly comforting.

Spending £400 at 3am feels like it might be concerning but why not get life admin out of the way when you can’t sleep for anxiety and sadness?! (It’s for a cheapy adhd assessment so I can know for once and for all)
