The countdown is on to our #HappyVote event on Thursday! That's when children and families in east Belfast get to decide which project ideas will get funded and brought to life to strengthen early years in the area. Come down and be part of the buzz at Skainos Centre 2-4pm!

We're just 2 wks away from #TheHappyVote where children and families in east Belfast get to decide what projects they want to bring to life! 10 projects will each get £5k for ideas that will improve children's early years. It'll take place Nov 27th, Skainos Centre🗳️

With just a few days to go until the close of Stormont’s consultation on its draft anti-poverty strategy, we’ve been to some women’s support groups in Belfast to find out what people think of it. They told us about the suffering & pressure being felt in communities… 🗣️

3 weeks until consultation ends on the Executive’s draft Anti-Poverty Strategy. It’s Not fit for purpose & +75 community orgs & leaders have called for it to be withdrawn. We’ve created a toolkit with easy read doc & form for you to share thoughts. Here’s our guide to the APS (1)

Earlier in the year we told you about our #Listen2Learn project where 70 children from 6 schools told us what helps them learn & grow. Now we’ve gone back to work with the young people & co-produce a child friendly version of our report. We can’t wait to see what they create!
