I take it three times a day and it “helps” but only so much. That and a daily mobic until it gets bad enough for surgery.

Discs are the worst. So sorry you’re going through this. Did they give you any gabapentin for nerve sensitivity? Ymmv if it works.

I use the phrase “Well how'd you get that big motorcycle up there on the high dive, Coy?!” And it mostly goes unnoticed. For shame.
