The average person may be ignorant or uncaring but anyone paying the barest attention KNOWS that queer people in particular rely on each other and on informal networks to tell each other our stories, support each other, advise each other. It's WHY many parents are so fucking militant about phones.

The whole premise is around going out into a "wild frontier" devoid of "civilization" and killing the people who already live there. The manifest destiny and american colonialism are baked into the premis
