Anyway there was a frog stuck inside my window this morning and I let it out. It made a happy face when it realized it was free and jumped in a very satisfying arc into the azalea bush below. Good things can and do happen also

It looks kind of like a drawplate for making wire, the holes would still be different sizes but only about 0.1mm from one to another. I'm not a historian and only a novice smith though so that might be way off (photo credit Jim Bode Tools)
