here's how it's going in #MN

A screenshot of My latest on an email thread with all the decision makers of My City including the directly elected leaders, The Mayor & The Chief of Police. The thread regards the ongoing months long abuse by the corporate "neighbor," violating every permit possible for the building project of a family home that is in flowing ground water after they accidentally burst the Spring (of water...) in the hillside.

I have been reporting abuses FOR MONTHS & all public officials are refusing to respond (other than one robot auto-reply for a holiday) & there are no police reports existing for the >3 calls & on site responses from the department that My property taxes & state taxes pay for.

Current temp: 16 degrees F.

After they clear cut the whole forest while the sap was running & My power was connected, they forged a signature of mine on MY Xcel Energy account to have MY ELECTRICITY disconnected for >4 hours so that they could connect their service.

no warning. no permission from me.
forged on My account & the police told Me: "You should talk to the Community Development department, they handle that..."

MMMhhhmmm that's weird.

Here's Me simply trying to confirm that My power will not again be illegally disconnected without My consent.

Still, no answer from the ENTIRE City of Minnetonka paid & elected employees on My tax $.

A lifetime appointed judge since President Reagan resigned to protest DJT [regime].

This is just the first introduction paragraphs:
"IN 1985, PRESIDENT RONALD REAGAN appointed me as a federal judge.
I was 38 years old. At the time, I looked forward to serving for the rest of my life. However, I resigned Friday, relinquishing that lifetime appointment and giving up the opportunity for public service that I have loved.
My reason is simple: I no longer can bear to be restrained by what judges can say publicly or do outside the courtroom. President Donald Trump is using the law for partisan purposes, targeting his adversaries while sparing his friends and donors from investigation, prosecution, and possible punishment.
This is contrary to everything that I have stood for in my more than 50 years in the Department of Justice and on the bench. The White House's assault on the rule of law is so deeply disturbing to me that I feel compelled to speak out. Silence, for me, is now intolerable."

This is a huge sacrifice & noble service in continuation of The Oath honored & carried through. I am proud of Americans in these ways.
