These are smaller, one-time use mineral salt bath & foot salt soaks. These are a perfect way to try our blends before committing to a larger, multiple-use bag. These black organza bags can be used for multiple purposes. We offer them as a companion to our Mineral Salt Soaks, as they can be used to keep the leftover sediment contained and not free floating in your tub. They can also be used to make herbal teas, hold your favorite crystals, or contain your traveling altar. Bag measures 6 x 9 inches and closes with a drawstring ribbon.

Summer is in full swing now, and we have been quietly busy spending time outside, growing and gardening, nurturing, foraging, harvesting, learning from, and listening to the plants, the herbs. the fungi and the trees. We have also been building a new vegetable garden in a space that has low-quality soil and a little-to-nothing budget, and have been finding solace in knowing that I finally have a space to grow food, herbs and medicinal plants for my family and for you all, as I use them in my products throughout the year.

When we formulated these bars, we wanted ingredients that would strengthen hair, promote new, healthy hair growth, and prolong our natural hair color, while keeping our hair hydrated and shiny. These 4oz. bars are made with Coconut Milk, as well as Avocado oil to help prevent breakage, Olive Oil to help penetrate hair fibers, and Jojoba oil to restore luster to dull hair. We also added Rice Bran, Walnut & Black Castor oils, as well as Rosemary, Lavender and Chamomile Essential oils. All these ingredients help promote new, healthy hair growth, fill in bald patches, moisturize, add body, strengthen hair strands, and keep hair full and shiny. Now, let’s talk about the plastic waste you will not be throwing in landfills. Each bar is super concentrated, and will save you 2-4 bottles per bar! Because store bought blends are mostly water, you will not need as much of these concentrated bars per use. If you use our Shampoo bars as well, you could be saving 12-15 bottles per year, from landfills.

Butterfly Pea Flowers also contain Anthocyanin, which strengthens hair follicles, promotes better blood flow to the scalp, and naturally darkens hair, prolonging the signs of gray hair. We also added Walnut, Calendula, Argan and Black Castor oil, Silk Protein, Marshmallow and Sunflower extract, and Lavender, Peppermint, and Rosemary Essential oils. All these ingredients help promote new, healthy hair growth, fill in bald patches, moisturize, add body, and strengthen hair strands. What’s even cooler about these bars, is that they are a 2-1, and can also be used in place of shaving cream! Get the bar lathered up, and use that instead of shaving cream, for soft skin post-shave! This year the soaps will be made with coconut milk and a small layer of vegetable glycerin, calendula and rosehip oils, and fresh New Hampshire Lilac petals (which also happens to be the official NH state flower). They will be available in a 4oz soap for $12 or a 5oz body bar for $15. I harvest the lilacs when they are just opening and in full bloom, and make the soaps immediately, preserving as much of the medicinal properties as possible. I am at the mercy of Gaia and the weather, but I usually have these ready for shipping and pick up in the 3rd week of May. I only make these soaps to-order, and will not be making extras. This order you are placing today is a pre-order with a $5 per soap deposit. Once your order is ready in May, I will reach out with an invoice with your remaining balance and any shipping fees (if applicable). Local pick ups will still be available with the option of paying your remaining balance in cash, but for this soap, we require you to pay for your deposit through this order with a card online, so I have an exact count at harvest time. I responsibly and sustainably harvest only what I need, to allow the shrubs to continue to thrive and flourish in the years to come. Dandelions and Daffodils are one of the first bright bursts of color after the dreary and grey-landscaped winter, which already makes them perfect picks for our new seasonal spring blend soap. But then you realize just how many amazing and beneficial properties they grace us with for our skin and overall health, and it was a shoo-in! We infused Dandelion flower, leaves and root into Grapeseed and Sweet Almond oils with Calendula oil into Coconut Milk with Narcissus (Daffodil) essential oil, and threw in some ground Nettles and Calendula flowers, and got these creamy, beautiful, daffodil-smelling soaps that will refresh and rejuvenate the most dry winter skin, getting you ready for summer. These plants and herbs give these soaps tons of wonderful benefits for your skin, including vitamins A, C & K, zinc, calcium and potassium, promotes liver and skin health, aides in digestion, is an antioxidant, astringent, anti-inflammatory, and slows down the aging process of skin. Lucky for you, we have just added a new herbal salve to our product line, and it is full of vitamin C and antioxidants, and has pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties.Introducing our Eastern VitaConi Salve! The stars of this show are the sister conifers Eastern Hemlock and Eastern White Pine that we ethically foraged in southern Maine. Pair them with Myrrh, Calendula, Vitamin E, Jojoba, Apricot and Hemp Seed oils with local beeswax, and you have a wonderful, woodsy-smelling salve that also relieves stress, as well as giving you that boost of Vitamin C we all long for after a long winter.

Both Eastern White Pine and Eastern Hemlock take center stage in this herbal salve. We gathered needles from both conifer trees in southern Maine, and infused them into Jojoba, Apricot and Hemp Seed oils. We then added Calendula, Myrrh and Vitamin E with some local beeswax, and have an amazing smelling salve that is packed full of Vitamin C and antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory, and analgesic properties, and is an astringent that eases respiratory issues, as well as eczema, acne and chapped skin. It works just like a lotion, and a little goes a long way. You can use it as a daily preventative measure and moisturizer, or selectively on problem areas. Comes in a 2oz reusable tin.
