Welp, Middle States has put Columbia on warning. Can't tell if this is just appeasement or if they are seriously considering pulling Columbia's access to all federal financial aid. I just do not see why any uni would negotiate with the administration.

Florida's proposal on this topic (which I'm confessing I should have read back in May) suggests the DOD would activate 10 FLNG JAGs under Title 10 (which part?) and then... somehow assign them to EOIR to be immigration judges? Which... how? Under which authority?
