I know multiple journalists who’ve gotten death threats from the MAGA crowd; journalists with none of the security and resources that members of Congress enjoy. And guess what? They’re still writing. Grow a spine, or get out.
Gillibrand on WNYC today said one reason they're all falling in line is that they get death threats.
