In his most recent newsletter to constituents, MN-08's Representative Pete Stauber seems to blame AOC and Mamdami for the government shutdown, showing that the GOP hasn't really landed the plan on coherent, cohesive messaging for this disaster.

Additionally, they are demanding that we repeal the Rural Health Transformation Program, which was created through the Working Families Tax Cut law, and invests $50 billion to prevent rural hospital closures. Simply put, Democrats are prioritizing healthcare for illegal immigrants over healthcare for American citizens. It is insane. My message to Senate Democrats is simple: tell the AOC/Mamdami wing of your base that you are done putting Americans last.
