I warm up my voice for my weekly acting class by belting out tunes on my Caraoke (yes, the spelling is intentional) playlist. I often find myself searching for the happier songs to also warm up my energy levels. (I usually head to class after a 8 hour shift.) But yesterday--

Folks often associate winter with dead plants, but quite a number of plants this time of year are merely dormant. Some plants, like certain species of dogwood, or this blackberry vine here, change the color of their branches as they harden against cold temperatures. (1/?)

Liminal:
I've been in this apartment for nearly 3 years. I've still yet to put up all my posters, art pieces, photos, and knick knacks.

And yet, I've decorated more since November than I have in years.

While also intensely researching how to move to a 🏳️‍🌈 country in case I need to someday.
