I have declined participation in two Secret Santas in the last two days and I encourage all of you to do the same. The last thing anyone needs is consumption for the sake of consumption, a gift you did not ask for purchased for you by someone who probably barely knows you.

Everyone on my skyline is older than ICE. We lived a life without them and nothing has improved with their existence: housing is not cheaper, healthcare is not more accessible, and we are not more secure. Abolish ICE and it is your moral duty to oppose them kidnapping and trafficking people.

My mind has really failed to catch the "LLMs are normal and it's normal to use them" norm. Every single time someone casually talks about using them I am surprised and uncomfortable, like someone has admitted to rolling coal or lighting wildfires bc it "helps them get more done"

Anyone have a favorite cucumber variety? Grew Straight Eight in both the spring and fall, it was disappointing both times. Just immediately diseased. I have some Ashley seeds and if I recall properly that performed better for me. Gonna go straight for Ashley in the spring.
