If you're in the UK, autistic or not, please sign this.

Millions of autistic people have been abused and traumatized by ABA, including myself.

I haven't been in ABA since 1997 and I'm still managing the trauma today.

Again, it is not enough to throw up your hands and say "well every platform hosts Nazis."

Substack is not merely a hosting platform. They make editorial decisions when they pay people like Bari Weiss to launch media outlets.

They pay Nazis and have said they refuse to demonetize them. So... yeah.
One thing I’m seeing is people saying “I’m not leaving Substack just because there are people there I disagree with.”

Ok but Substack is PAYING those people to be there. They are paying Bari Weiss, for example.

It’s not like Wordpress which is just a host. Substack is making editorial decisions.

My adoptive mother split my original name into syllables, then added her name to one of them. My name meant "beautiful blossom 🪷." Now, it roughly translates to "do things with emotional difficulty 😢." My name became my reality 🥚

The Christian GOP wants to steal children from their parents and put them in foster care. Nice, sounds very Christ-like

Initially designed not to be accessible for those with non standard bikes or a disability that stops them using the infrastructure. Local authorities need to brush up on the equality act 2010 and design inclusive cycle and pedestrian routes that everyone can use.
Cycle infrastructure needs to be designed for all cyclists - not just the able-bodied.

I'm still convinced the folks in power are intentionally not doing anything about climate change until all the ice in the Arctic & Antarctica is gone year-round so they can mine more resources & have unobstructed shipping routes

And I just wonder if humanity will survive to that point
