For the past 5yrs, for 1,826 nights, I have been learning how to cope with the grief, while also learning how to live again.

Pope Francis has just died and much of the world, Catholic and non-Catholic, will be mourning his loss. He was a powerful voice for peace and refugees. His constant advocacy for Palestine was with him to his death, grounded in principle and faith 🕊️🙏

Today Ethan had a playdate with a daycare friend. I didn't realise until today his family is Lebanese. After some chit chat about Beirut, his Mum suddenly said "You're Isaac's Mum...we all know of Isaac". It's so surreal, yet comforting that people I haven't met know Isaac& remember his name.

Wow. Caroline Kennedy breaks her silence on RFK Jr in a message to Senators: “We grew up together. It’s no surprise that he keeps birds of prey as pets because Bobby himself is a predator. He enjoyed showing off by putting baby chickens & mice in a blender to feed to his hawks.”

Earlier this week, my 3rd son, Levi, was 2years & 3months old, the same age Isaac was when he died.

Over the past month I've seen fliers around Brunswick &posts in the local Facebook group appealing for info about Isla Bell's whereabouts. To read today that this beautiful girl was murdered is absolutely devestating.
She is the 85th woman killed this year. Violence against women is an epidemic.
