When you think about it, it made sense, but also is strange af 🤣

Take care of yourselves this weekend, or for some a long weekend. Change is ahead of us. Change is stressful because we all need to provide energy to adapt. I’m here to grab a cup of coffee and provide a hug.

I came across this in a group about male/female relationships. But honestly it’s something to apply to work, friendships, family, etc. I think the chase is reactionary and fills time in that we are angry or hurt. But we should learn to pause quickly, squeeze out the poison, and focus on healing.

I can’t stand working on a home project and the YouTube dude makes it look so easy. You know in between cuts they are out there in a garage like this with $$$tools, not using the ones listed or shown!🤣
