#showmeyourknits #babyknits Juts finished this waistcoat, size 18 months for my cousins grandson who will be 1 in October. A free pattern from Lets Knit The Yarn is Hobbii's Silly Sock Yarn. Think it looks better now is it blocked but maybe a solid or less variegated yarn would've been better.

#showmeyourknits Just finished this giant panda today for my cousins grandson who will be 3 next month. He will get it early as I will be away on holiday on his special day. Happy with the knitting but my sewing still needs a lot of work. Pattern by Sarah Keen

So last weekend my first yarn festival #TheWoolMontyshow was awesome! I bought these 2 hanks from them to make a cowl using a free pattern in the show guide. They gave me a free tote bag which contains 8 free skeins/hanks. Still can't believe it. So generous of BaaRamEwe <3

#showmeyourknits. I haven't knit many blankets but this was a KAL in 2022. I learned a lot and somebody said my colour scheme reminded her of avocado's. So I give you my Avocado Afghan. Couldn't quite fit it all in one shot so here are 2 from different angles.

#showmeyourknits My WIP is now a FO, a bit short, could've added another 50g skein if I had time. Second photo is the same scarf I knitted myself a few years ago using Sirdar Snuggly in cream. Deviated a bit from this weeks theme!

#showmeyourknits I mostly knit in DK, hot of my needles is this wineglass holder for my cousin's 50th birthday next month. I have knitted this quirky gift several times. This time I used yarn from a friend but have no clue what it is. Anybody know? Acrylic but nice to work with.

Happy Mother's Day to all celebrating in the UK. Alas I can no longer hug my own Mum but my sweet boy makes the day special and gave me these including a card he made at school. We had lunch at the tennis club after his session today.
