Nothing! The whole header is stripped! Weird, right? I found a reddit thread about this and a whole lot of folks are similarly confused. I think this app may just be hijacking email accounts to advertise.

Unfortunately, around here in my “progressive” city the vast majority of HCPs treat patients like they’re crazy for masking. I can handle that because I understand that covid is still everywhere and debilitating, but a lot of people can’t.
