FYI: If you use email "helpers" with AI, real emails get responses like this. I don't even know WHO this is that is using this app, because all the info about the sent email is stripped and replies have been disabled, it's just effectively a pitch for their app.

I hate doing the screenshot post thing but this is not the first time I’ve seen comments like this and I just do not understand why people think this is a damn game. Most people can’t just fork over another $1000 a month!

This is one of the next big evolutions in dog behavior and training coaching, and a market disruptor of extraordinary proportions, if I do say so myself. And I did, so I do. :) Edited to add: I know the term "market disruptor" can land differently depending on the perspective or lens of the individual who sees or hears it. My intention wasn't to imply replacement or to reduce the work of skilled trainers and behavior consultants — quite the opposite. I'm excited about how this kind of innovation can expand access to positive reinforcement-based support, especially for families who don't have a qualified professional nearby or need timely help to stay on track. The goal is to uplift and amplify the incredible work already being done in our community, not to take anything away from it. I do believe that will become clearer in the days and weeks ahead, and I do hope that our intentions are fully realized. I also understand that for many, this kind of change can bring up feelings of unease, anger, or even betrayal - wondering whether all the ethical considerations of A use have been thoughtfully explored, or why not every detail could be shared at the time of a soft launch. Those are valid and important questions, and I share many of the same concerns. I welcome that dialogue. What makes it harder, though, is when those questions come wrapped in assumptions, accusations, or judgment - it makes it difficult to hear the genuine curiosity and care that's behind them. My hope is that we can keep this conversation grounded in professionalism, empathy, and curiosity, so we can all participate in shaping where this goes next together.

You know how a lot of dogs don’t like men? My dog is the opposite. He loves dudes. Like, he sees a dude who looks like he may be into dude stuff like rock climbing or grilling or auto repair and he’s like “My bro!” It’s hilarious and vaguely mortifying. The random dudes seem to love it though.

Today we discovered that this guy is afraid of heights. Six years old and apparently he never was higher up that first floor. Anyway! Glad I brought the anti anxiety meds he takes when he sees the vet because we’re staying on the third floor.
