Just talked to them. Turns out we had “many” breaks in the neighborhood and they are still working on it.

They’ve been working on it since about 5. We went from low pressure to now no water.

I really appreciate this insight - I wonder what impacts you foresee for the LGBTQ community and what advice you have for nonprofits working with them or advocating on their behalf. From my perspective, this is a glaring omission from this otherwise comprehensive guidance.
