Today assumed I’d dropped 2 sizes
(my washing machine broke 2 years ago & shrunk my clothes at my waist)
But old clothes still too small so looked up:
1 kg of fat 7700 cal
Half a bottle of wine 300 cal
Therefore NO drinking for 25 days to lose 1kg
