Today in electric motorcycle news...

Nothing really 'news-y' but I put together a playlist of my electric motorcycle POV videos I've been doing on YouTube. Starting off with where I simply had my iPhone in a chest harness, to now where I have a Dji Action 5 on my helmet.

"flame war" ... we need to bring that term back. Pretending that stuff is worthy of consideration was a horrendous mistake.

I don't think transgender athletes are the problem facing girls and women in sports.
Investigators say former coach Sean Gardner created videos showing close-up images of at least 10 minors naked or undressing, which they recovered from his computers last year while investigating reports of sexual abuse.

Gardner has pleaded not guilty and has been jailed pending trial.

Beautiful morning for a bike ride.
December 6, 2025 at 7:51 PM
Was out riding yesterday, running some errands, enjoying the early summer’s morning weather on a Saturday on the bike, and it struck me that I once got told that you’d know when you’d outgrown your first motorcycle, you’d just feel it. And yeah, I get it now, I feel it. I completely understand now.

The friend I’m catsitting for: “hey sorry to ask, could you pick a prescription for the cat at the vet?”

Me: “no probs”

*turns up at local vet office*

*ridiculously hot tattooed & pierced vet woman walks out of the back*

Me: 😳😦 *proceeds to blather nervously as I leave with package but no chill*

Stopping off on on a whim a Friday evening, on the way back on the motorcycle at a bar in the neighbourhood where I am cat-sitting, having a stout to celebrate finishing the last of the dissertations allocated to me to examine for the semester.

Rockstar parking for the motorcycle of course ;)

This is an excellent piece of work looking to how unexpected, but also how damn good, the news of Alan Dye leaving Apple is for anyone who cares about user design.

Well, not so much 'news' as simple appreciation. I've loved the design of the Zero S for a number of years now, regardless of it being the base street model for Zero. I even test rode one in Melbourne in February and loved it.

Why? Because the congestion relief program is working.

Baltimore and Philadelphia saw the largest increases in traffic delays. Congestion pricing may have helped keep New York City traffic in check.
