🤔 We overestimate how much others notice our mistakes and flaws. Truth is, everyone's too focused on their own perceived shortcomings to spot yours.

I swapped 'I have to' with 'I choose to' this week, the impact - washing up means I come down to a clean kitchen in the morning, going to the gym feels better. Mad how a tiny mental shift turns ordinary moments into proper little “wins" #positivepsychology

This is so gorgeous- my son, a recently qualified paramedic who works in London, is up to see me for a couple of days. We went to the goat farm for his ‘fix’ - all is now well & he returns, restored, with a full heart #selfcare #goats #reset #positivepsychology
