I’m glad you have posted this. I enjoy doing author talks, however the outcome is giving up a day’s work with prep, admin and travel plus talk to make £20-40. It’s fun to have an audience and hear their questions and feedback but it is simply not viable for me to scale up the number I do each year 📚
