Cuando hablamos de literatura del presente no se discute el valor literario, sino el ejercicio del poder.

New books from Palgrave Macmillan w/secret horror content! KJ Donnelly listens to the music of SILENT HILL in "Hearing Eyes, Seeing Ears" while Sara Williams turns "The Maternal Gaze" to films like THE OTHERS & THE ORPHANAGE.

Empezando el 2025 con una novela de #AteneaCruz

It was hard finding a copy of this book, but it did not disappoint! It touches on themes of motherhood, unwanted pregnancy, and the body.
There are also ghosts 👻 I highly recommend her short stories too.

Adding it to my to-read list!
HER BODY AMONG ANIMALS by Paola Ferrante was published in August – a genre-bending debut collection merging horror, fairy tales, pop culture, and science-fiction, women challenge the boundaries placed on their bodies while living in a world ‘among animals’.
