iirc clangd takes you to the class definition, but if you use go-to-definition on the parentheses then it takes you to the constructor if it can

fun fact: you can parse int literals at compile time to replace `best::index<37>` syntax with `37_const` (or whatever suffix you choose to have)
i personally usually go for e.g. `my_tuple[37_c]`, `my_choice[37_c]`
