LOVE the idea. My state (CA) has a big economy and sends a LOT of money to DC. BUT they keep threatening to NOT provide for things like EMERGENCIES to states they don't like. So we give money and get screwed. F*** THAT.
At least under Newsom, I trust MY STATE to take care of ME better than FEDS.

I was so angry. I AM so angry. And they've made the jobs of those trying to encourage voting (for Democrats) SO MUCH HARDER. I'm tired, you guys. All the roller coaster and especially, all the bad news. Healthcare is a HUGE issue. And personally, I'm really worried.

Well, OK. It's OK to sulk, but keep doing things. Call your Senators. Call other people's Senators (esp. Schumer and the ones some people are calling "The Hateful 8" who, let's face it, were sacrifices in a coordinated act to . . . what? Probably help corporations. Let them know how NOT OK this was.

We have a LOONG ways to go till the Democratic party is one that can truly represent people, especially working Americans, and the most vulnerable. But the journey to that slow down EVERY SINGLE TIME we hand the reins over to the Republicans who drag us back decades, and further enrich corporations.

Because handing the country over to REPUBLICANS have already hurt many, many people. Sure, people would STILL be hurt under Democrats but I truly believe, not as many and not in the way Trump (and most likely Miller, Vought, etc.) are deliberately hurting and terrorizing people.
