American trade "deficit" is because Canada sells its energy (at a discount) to the us. Take energy sales off the table and it's reversed. So for Trump to win you'd simply have to find another buyer of raw product. American gas prices would jump, what a "win" that would be. No retaliation needed.

So Mark Carney it's pretty much the slam dunk winner of a leadership race for the liberals right? If you're going to run on the economy The guy who ran the Bank of Canada in the Bank of England would be a pretty good choice. They can't accuse him of just being a school teacher with good hair.

It'll be fun to watch the NHL player safety stick handle this one. After letting him off so many times with blatant infractions, did they call him a first-time offender when he's done it so many times? #nhl he feels entitled to cross-check someone in the face. This is on them.

The Sabres have 2 first overall picks. They've selected Eichel, Reinhart, Cozens, middlestadt. Listen, being in the top 10 doesn't make you an auto winner down the line. #flames fans have to remember that as well. Hard to win without those guys, sure. But it's not a forgone conclusion.
