I’ve been drawing behind the scenes on my iPad and not in my sketchbook, so I haven’t posted here for a while. But I needed a break from being able to correct what I don’t like and live with my mistakes, it keeps me real even if no one looks. 53/100 #100dayproject

Saw this done with watercolours and ink. I don’t have watercolours, they intimidate me, so I used highlighter pen and liner pen. Topped with a cup of coffee (of course). I’ll have to try watercolours…one day.

Ok I’m fully aware I did not do this beautiful girl justice, but I had to finish what I started, and she had such a cool vibe about her. Was still fun to give it a try. Next time I’ll try making someone more cartoon-y. Is that a word??
