Inspiring words for this date.

(I've had this inspirational perpetual calendar for over 5 years, and every day of every year, the quotes seem appropriate to the here and now.

Why do headlines say "norms shattered" when what is meant is "laws broken" or "Constitution violated"?

There's a Moon Flower #bloominginmygardennow.

Finally, after 3 years of trying, I'm getting flowers every few nights. This is No. 7.

Happy Belated National Hummingbird Day! While it was officially yesterday, every day they're in my garden is a celebration. Here's one enjoying the Cardinalis Lobelia in my garden.

The sunset during tonight's walk through the neighborhood was quite a sight to behold.

There's something special that touches the soul when a dragonfly decides to hang out with you in the garden!

I see the most magnificent acts of nature when doing mundane chores in my garden. Today, while deadheading daylilies, I watched this bee flutter from flower to flower.

Any bird nerds here who know who these feathers are from? I'm in southern NH.

I found them early today in my garden. The striped one has an iridescent gold tip that didn't photograph as beautifully as it appeared in the sun. Perhaps a wild turkey (seen in my 'hood) or red-tailed hawk?

Connie Chung is right as other journalists push back during the CNN post event media panel with Anderson Cooper. She's stressing that the media needs to provide 'facts' not opinion. It's that simple! I like that she brought up the examples of Murrow and Cronkite.

Kudos to the communities of Lexington and Concord, MA for today's wonderful commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the start of the American Revolutionary War. And thank you NBC Boston for the live television coverage and interesting historical interviews. #LEX250

No surprise to see Senator Cory Booker still addressing the American people from the Senate floor after 19 hours. We saw his stamina when he was an early candidate in NH's 2020 First in the Nation Presidential Primary.

Thank you @booker.senate.gov

A little louder for the people at the back:
