The discharge petition will pass as a bill in the House for sure, since it has 218 votes. It takes 60 votes to pass the release of the Epstein files in the Senate. If it passes the Senate & Donald vetoes it, it takes 2/3rds of the House & the Senate to override a presidential veto.
