Deadlifts are the one powerlift I haven’t been able to get back up to my old PR (360lbs), but at least I was able to do all three without error. I’ll get there and continue to work on all of my lifts.

Yesterday was my third powerlifting meet, but my first since my lung cancer diagnosis and resulting treatments. It didn’t go great, but I did better than I thought I would after everything I’ve been through. 💪🏻
(Also, that second attempt was 255lbs, not 250. 😅)
