I wrote a good portion of a chapter after such a long time of writing freeze.

This really made my day : The epic free spirit, who died in 2015, believed that security came not from money but from building one’s own skills and unlocking one’s own courage.

As days of this world become darker we need more light, warmth and beauty. If you have not read “ This is how you lose a time war “, read or listen to it. Even if you are not a fantasy or Sci-fi reader, read it as you would read a poem. Let the visceral beauty of the language dip into you.

Talking to friends today and realizing the only thing that can take us through these dark times are solidarity and community. We need to take care of each other, reach out to those who are silent, and find ways to resist and transform our realities.
