Anyway what I'm really trying to say is - if you are hating the gym or looking at insta and seeing "this one trick will get you biceps to pin down a twink" or "this work out changed my life".
They're probs doped or have better genetics or both. You're doing great just by going and I'm proud of you

Maybe they aren't! Maybe I'm wrong... but like there is some mad people with absolutely wild growth or ability. I get it, and this isn't meant as a judgement to anyone who is on them really, but it just is like... the online fitness industry is based on lies

I think because I visit AVtaK a lot as a stand alone song I rarely link it to the film. It’s just a brilliant song with or without the film
