Stop setting people up with black and white litmus tests. I want a thoughtful and deliberate President that develops and priority plan that benefits voters and the country at large. Trump has people trapped in meaningless symbolic narratives. Expect more.

Great observation. The Hill is always a little suspect. They claim to be middle-of-the-road, but a quick review of their editorials pretty clearly tilts right.

I’ve tried to listen to him - he’s reactionary and incapable of solid analysis. Why he keeps showing up in articles like this is beyond me. What constituency could he possibly have? That is a serious question - can anyone please respond?

Trump and Co. and hopefully all his Republican supporters will as usual walk away humiliated for the hollowness of the persecution. Lately, they seem to be picking the dogshit piles to intentionally step in.

I’ve been hoping for a legit leader with military chops to emerge. I am an independent and have some expectation of the same future as you, but rarely do I get responses to similar posts (re hoped-for leader to emerge) from the blue-majority here. Not the leader they want but probably needed.

When will the real story emerge? One of the biggest intelligence cover-ups in history. The families of the deceased have been stone-walled at every turn.
